Considering:
That, by means of Executive Decree Not. 117th, published in the Official Record Not. 33 of March 5, 2007, there was created the Coordinating department of Natural and Cultural Patrimony, which its principal activity takes root in coordinating the political ones and actions that in the field of tangible capital adopt diverse portfolios of State;

That for a better efficiency in the public administration, it turns out to be necessary to assign the Coordinating Department of Natural and Cultural Patrimony to the National Institute of Cultural heritage; and,

In use of the attributions awarded by the numeral article 171 9 of the Political Constitution of the Republic,

IT DELIVERS A JUDGMENT:

Art. 1.-There Be Assigned the Coordinating Department of Natural and Cultural Patrimony to the National Institute of Cultural heritage.

Art. 2.-The financial existing resources in the budget of the Presidency of the Republic corresponding to the Coordinating Department of Natural and Cultural Patrimony will have to be transferred to the National Institute of Cultural heritage.

Art. 3.-Of the execution of the present Executive Decree, which will be validated in the present date without detriment to his publication the Official Record, entrust the Ministers of Finance and Coordinating Natural and Cultural Patrimony.
